Exchange your timeshare for a REAL property you own
As a timeshare owner you will know doubt by now have begun to think that maybe that Great value investment is not all its was made out to be, along with the mounting year on year costs for maintance and membership:
- It offers no investment
- Shows no financial gain
- Costs you money even if you don't use it
- Has no re sale value to mention
We have negotiated with a number of both private sellers and new developers to accept your time share points or weeks as part payment towards your new purchase. Now we all know that's its not going to be worth tens of thousands, but it will be worth the same if, not more as if you sold it privately. Of course we will need full details of your timeshare and charge an administration transfer fee of £250.00 Pounds once you have found your new property. Your timeshare maintance fees must be up to date and you must be able to prove ownership.
