Inspection Visits
Cornerstone Worldwide will be pleased to arrange your inspection visit. Inspection visits give you the opportunity to explore the area you are interested in, whilst gaining the knowledge needed to make an informed purchase of your dream home.
Cornerstone Worldwide will arrange convenient flights and accommodation. Once you arrive at your destination, you will be met by one of our local property consultants, who will take you to your hotel in an air conditioned car. You will then have a chance to relax, and settle into your accommodation.
All of our arranged inspection visits are on a one to one basis, and at a pace that suits you, we understand that you don't want to be sold to, and want to make your decisions in your own time.
One of our knowledgeable property consultants will be on hand to show you the area, as well as a portfolio of properties based on your requirements. Many of our team members have lived and worked in the area for several years, and are well placed to advise you on all aspects of local life. They will also be able to guide you through the purchase process.
Once you have located your dream property, and discussed any financial or legal issues, you will be asked to place a reservation deposit. This secures the property while all legal issues are investigated. This deposit will be between £2,000 to £7,000 then, within 20 to 30 days you will be asked to pay a further 10% to 30% of the property purchase price. We would advise you to ensure these funds are in place prior to arranging your inspection visit, to avoid disappointment. We can assist with advice on the most cost effective way of transferring funds to your chosen country. (deposits and payment schedules vary from country to country)
